Apparently subscriber emails for the Onlive project are currently being sent out for anyone who signed up early for the service. Those who got in early will be entitled to a year’s subscription to the service at no extra cost, and will even earn themselves a coupon for a free game. Currently this is just in the US, and it is unknown when other countries will get a taste of how Onlive is. The service gives users access to a vast library of games, all through their Internet connection. There is no need to download games, once you purchase you can stream the game to your Onlive system whenever you wish. Subscribers will should get their first taste of the service this summer. The monthly fee for Onlive is currently $14.99 per month.
