It’s Official, the worlds favorite Hedgehog will be making his 2D return in early October. Sonic 4 is set for release firstly on the iPhone App Store on October 7th , followed by the Wii version which drops October 11th (15th for Europe) on Wiiware. US PSN users will get the game on October 12th, while UK PSN users and Xbox Live users worldwide get the game on the 13th. It’s all very confusing with all the different dates, but basically we will all have Sonic 4 within two weeks. Hopefully Sega has given Sonic some new kicks, because at E3 the game felt a little too slow for a Sonic game.
Sonic 4 will be priced at 1500 Wii Points on WiiWare, 1200 Microsoft Points on Xbox Live Arcade, and $14.99 / £9.99 / €12.99 / AU$19.95 on the PlayStation Network. Let us know if you will be copping Sonic 4 and for which platform.
