European ID Protection Program Detailed By SCEE

SCEE has released details on its ID protection program, which is a free service for PSN users following the Playstation Network hacking. The program will be available to PSN and Qriocity users and you will have full access to the service for a whole year. The service will offer the these three components. This program is currently exclusive to Europe as other regions posses different regulations on identity theft.

Personal Information protection – Monitoring and Alerting Service and Personal Information Protection Software
Help / Assistance & Guidance – Dedicated helpline and Victim of Fraud support
Financial Protection – Insurance that covers the expenses incurred in identity restoration following identity fraud and Card Monitoring and Alerting Service
