Mass Effect Movie To Be Shown At Comic Con

Written by on

It’s been so long since I heard anything about a Mass Effect movie that I thought it wasn’t even going to happen. And I’m not sure I want it to. Regardless, Gamefront reports Legendary Pictures; the production company behind Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, Where the Wild Things Are, has released its Comic Con schedule, and Mass Effect Is a part of that schedule.

A Mass Effect: The Movie panel is scheduled for July 22, featuring scriptwriter Mark Protosevich and BioWare’s Casey Hudson. EA announced their movie deal with Legendary last year, and this is the first title we are set to see come from the partnership. A Mass Effect anime is also scheduled for some time in 2010, which I have higher hopes for.

The San Diego Comic Con goes down from July 21 to 24.
