Nintendo has finally given official titles and more specific release windows for both Super Mario and Mario Kart on the 3DS.
Super Mario 3DS will now be known as Super Mario 3D Land which I must admit I’m not a fan of. The new name seems pretty awkward to me as the “Land” at the end of the title seems completely unnecessary. Speaking of “unnecessary additions to the end of titles”, the game formally referred to as Mario Kart 3DS has now become Mario Kart 7. Yes, Mario Kart 7. As in, the seventh Mario Kart game. Very creative. *sigh*
Both games will be released in November and December respectively.
