Army Of Two: The Devil’s Cartel Announced, Hits Stores in March 2013

Today, EA has announced that they are working with Visceral games to develop Army Of Two: The Devil’s Cartel. The news came courtesy of Game Informer, who are currently planning to feature the title in September’s issue.

Here are some brief tidbits on what one can expect from the game:

The co-op title takes place on the “deadly streets of Mexico,” as Alpha and Bravo find themselves dropped into the middle of a drug war conflict for an assignment “full of corruption and deceit.”

An elevated game experience that not only refreshes the Army of Two franchise, but also stays true to the core concepts that really made the first two games in the series great.

“With meaningful, seamless co-op gameplay at its core and explosive new tag-team features, gamers will have to work together tactically and strategically as they push through a city dominated by one of Mexico’s deadliest drug cartels.”

The Frostbite 2 game will contain both online and split-screen co-op, and will contain a more advanced upgrade and customization system, allowing players to customize Alpha and Bravo.

Army Of Two: Devil’s Cartel will hits stores next March.
