It took four years, but today Konami finally released a Metal Gear Solid 4 trophy patch on PSN. The patch will require 512mb on your hard-drive.
The patch adds 34 trophies for the single-player mode of the game, you can see a few of them over at the PS blog here.
The patch will also come bundled with a Metal Gear Solid 4 re-pack edition launching in Japan some time in September.
