YMCMB boss Birdman and MMG head-honcho Rick Ross have just released a collaborative mixtape titled “The H” a.K.a “The Lost Album Vol. 1“.
Both Birdman and Rick Ross got together in 2008 and planned to make several songs (and possibly a full length LP) together in the studio. Those songs never saw the light of day – until now.
Features are kept to a minimum with Mack Maine, Gudda and Birdman’s fellow YMCMB artist Kevin Rudolf all making appearances.
In this video above, both Rick Ross and Birdman explain the origins of the project.
Hosted by DJ Khaled, “The H” consists of 11 tracks from 5 years ago and judging by the “Vol. 1” you can’t help but make the assumption that there is more to come.
