Hot 97‘s Peter Rosenberg has just released a brand new mixtape titled “New York Renaissance“.
The mixtape features many of the new and upcoming rappers and producers from the New York vicinity.
Artists which some may have heard of before include: Joey Bada$$, A$AP Rocky, Flatbush Zombies, Action Bronson and many others.
Joey Bada$$’ crew Pro Era and A$AP Rocky’s crew member A$AP Ferg also feature on the tape.
Peter Rosenberg isn’t known for dropping mixtapes nowadays so this is an interesting project. Will Rosenberg make a habit out of dropping mixtapes from now on? Maybe the success of this tape will answer that question.
