We have already shared news of NetherRealm Studios’ first officially confirmed DLC character in Injustice: Gods Among Us, Lobo. Before that, we spoke of the possible leak of the remaining three DLC characters. Well now we have more information that further validates the earlier rumors. A video along with images of the Xbox 360 download screen have popped up. They show Batgirl to be the next DLC character Injustice fans can look forward to. Also, I have shared two different sources of this information. Trust me, I was hoping the rumors were false as well. Many fans have expressed outrage over this choice, especially since polls inquiring which female character to add had Batgirl in dead last (PowerGirl won many by a large margin…SuperGirl was also a popular choice). Injustice already features tons of Batman characters, and of all the ones they could choose it seems Batgirl won out…some how…even over a much more logical choice like Poison Ivy and/or Zatanna.
