Earlier today, Bethesda Softworks released a brand new trailer for their highly anticipated survival horror game The Evil Within.
The video above introduces us to the game’s lead protagonist,Detective Sebastian Castellanos, and shows us a preview of some of the horrific creatures he will encounter in the campaign. This trailer comes ahead of a presentation being planned for the game by Bethesda at this year’s Tokyo Games Show.
Ever since this The Evil Within was revealed earlier this year, fans everywhere have been hoping that this game will redefine the survival horror genre once and for all. Shinji Mikami’s involvement on the project is a big reason why anticipation remains as high as it’s ever been. Our writer Garrett Glass had a chance to write up an in-depth preview from the game based on what he saw at Quake Con 2013. Needless to say, the game sounds very promising and we can only hope it lives up to all the expectations.
