Skyrim Legendary Edition Hits Stores on June 4th

Earlier this morning, Bethesda announced that they will be releasing The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Legendary Edition to the masses on June 4th in the US and June 7th in Europe.

According to Bethesda, the Skyrim Legendary Edition will include the original game, along with all 3 of the previously released DLC add-ons in Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn. This new package will also spot new features including combat cameras, mounted combat, Legendary difficulty mode for diehard fans, and Legendary level up skills. Below is an image of the limited edition Skyrim package on all 3 platforms.

Considering all of the problems that PlayStation 3 owners had with accessing the add-on content, this move is admirable on Bethesda’s part but still a bit too late. The studio has shifted all their focus to new titles and it will be interesting to see if in fact Fallout 4 is the next big project on their list.

Skyrim Legendary Edition will retail for $59.99 when it launches on June 4th. If you never got a chance to check out Skyrim, then you should have a look at our review just to see how epic this game truly is.
