On the console side of things, the developers have stated on several occasions that they are targeting 1080p and 30fps on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. When pressed by fans as to why the game won’t be running at 60fps, Creative Director Alex Hutchinson stated that doing such a thing would mean that all art on the project would have to be simplified.

Far Cry 4 launches on November 18th for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360.
