The Order: 1886 Delayed Until Early 2015

Earlier today, Ready At Dawn CEO Ru Weerasuriya confirmed in a blog post that The Order: 1886 has been delayed until early 2015. This news comes just a few days after Sony released some brand new gameplay footage that is expected to be part of a bigger presentation at their E3 conference next month.

The game is being delayed to the give the creative team more time to focus on creating the best game as humanly possible. Ready At Dawn was originally expected to release this title later this year, but a finalized launch date was never confirmed.

News of this delay raises more questions than answers now regarding Sony’s fall lineup of exclusive titles. Driveclub is currently the only game that we know for sure will be out later this year. Is it possible that several other titles will be announced at E3 and hit stores later this? Luckily we won’t have to wait too much longer now to find out.

Are any of you disappointed that The Order: 1886 won’t be out this year? Please feel free to let us know in the comments section below.
