PlayStation is happy to let PSN members know, in a appreciation for the New Years, the details for the 10 percent discount at the PlayStation Store this weekend.
A promotional code for a one time 10 percent discount will be valid only through 9 a.m. PST on Jan. 23rd, 2015 to 9 a.m. PST on Jan. 26th. for PSN members. This discount goes towards the total amount in your cart of purchased content for the PS3 and PS4. These purchases can also be made on the web and on mobile devices. This excludes subscriptions for the PS Plus, Music Unlimited, PS Now and video rental content. The one time promotional code will not be accepted after the eligible deadline at 9 a.m. on Jan 26th, so make sure you don’t procrastinate and wait until the last minute.
Of course, you can use this discount towards several items of content at the PS Store like, movies, indie games, add-ons, season passes, pre-orders and TV shows. For those PS Plus member who were affected by the PSN service interruption from the holidays, you can expect a 5-day PS Plus membership extension. All you have to do is respond to the email sent out by PlayStation with further information.
