As Edward V predicted, The Throne has merged all their excessive Niggas In Paris performances into one video and pushed it out as the official music video. So, I guess tickets to Paris are expensive this time of year? Who knows…all I know was that this song became the standout song from their 2011 album Watch The Throne.

*Yawn* Nicki Minaj’s gimmick is getting way past old now, but people really enjoy her music videos. In the Stupid Hoe video you can expect to see the same old bullshit rehashed, and while it looks pretty you might wish to do what I did and watch it in mute. I have only heard Stupid Hoe once and even then I didn’t manage to finish the song, I don’t intend to hear it again.

As someone who slightly enjoyed Pink Friday, I’m begging Nicki to give us something different. Some day she’ll get older and her adorable looks won’t do it for everybody any longer, I’d like to think when that day comes she’ll have something more to offer. I may sound harsh, but if you speak to any of my colleagues they’ll tell you about my not so secret crush on Nicki Minaj (Which goes beyond looks) and that’s why I wish she would drop the gimmick and make music.

50 Cent continues with his consistency and drops another video for his Jahlil Beats produced cut from The Big 10. If Curtis keeps this up then I don’t see any reason for people to sleep on his next album. Clearly people love to hate on Fif, even when he’s on a roll; but hopefully this album run will be a lot better than the previous.

Martains Vs. Goblins is perhaps one of my favorite tracks from Game’s R.E.D album, so it’s nice to see him and Tyler hook up to create some visuals for their wacky collaboration. Too bad Weezy didn’t make the final cut because he looks like a Martian and Goblin fusion.

Our favorite indie artist Jowin has returned with a sequel to his popular Cosplay Girl song which dropped in 2010. The first song was a hit within the gaming community, spreading across a number of video game blogs. Part two carries on the cosplay theme but with a significantly different sound. Whilst the beat has a very oriental sound, that baseline gives the song a sound that Hip Hop fans can identify with along with all the Otaku’s out there. Did I mention the eye candy?

I’m not sure why this song was chosen to be a single as it’s not very radio friendly but I’m sure the streets will love it. Drake’s sophomore album is just three weeks away and right on schedule here is the official video for his first single Headlines. I’m still not a fan of the song but the video is pretty cool. Drake sports black gloves and a hoodie, goons are seen posted up in Canada and Bill Cosby’s sweater make an appearance mid-way through… what’s not to love?

10 months after the release of Pink Friday, Nicki Minaj is back with a video for the album’s sixth single. Featuring Rihanna, tight suits and what could be the setting for a Fallout movie, this video is sure to tick a lot of boxes for a lot of people. As far as the song goes, I personally dig it. Fly is one of the better songs on the album so I’m glad that it’s finally been given the “single” treatment.

I have been listening to Jay-Z and Kanye West’ album, Watch The Throne, non stop this entire week. I love it. The duo managed to make its album release date without a single leak on the net. They currently hold the number one spot on iTunes in like 20-something different countries. Success much?

Anyways, the duo’s first official single ‘Otis’ just got a new music video. I wasn’t a fan of the song at first but it has grown on me; Except for those stupid screams at the end. The music videos is directed by Spike Jonze, and features Kanye and Jay going back and forth with explosions, women, and a tricked out Maybach.

This is a track that many of you guys will love. Wax (a Def Jam artist) goes in lyrically on this track which features samples from Super Mario Brothers. Wax is fresh out of L.A and has a style unseen in Hip Hop. Give this a listen and check out his other stuff too. We definitely need to encourage new and creative talent in Hip-Hop and I’m sure Wax has a hell of a future. Let us know what you think.

I heard about this guy a while back and was impressed with the song I heard from him (sag my pants). I kind of forgot about him after that, which was a mistake. This kid Hopsin gives me the same exact feeling I used to get listening to Eminem ten years ago, and quite frankly, I think this dude is going to be a problem!
