Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain Coming to Steam

While Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain are games which are/will be coming out for the major home consoles (sorry Wii U) it was never announced to be coming to the PC. Today that has changed. During Konami’s press conference at Gamescom, Hideo Kojima was on stage to reveal that the games would indeed be coming to PC via Steam.

Aside from this entertaining video, we don’t have much else to go on. Unfortunately, Mister Kojima didn’t want to give a release date for the Steam version of MGSV or the console editions either. I guess we’ll just have to wait for that news to (hopefully) make its way to us soon. For now, PC gamers should feel happy knowing that they will be able to play MGSV just like their console cousins.
