Throwback Thursday: Master P (1997 – 2000)

After releasing his latest mixtape “Famous Again“, Master P is our subject for this week’s Throwback Thursday.

The first track of our five is from Young Bleed‘s debut album, with the song titled “How Ya Do That“. This song was produced by Happy Perez and KLC and featured C-Loc alongside Master P. The song was released in 1998.

Track two is “Bout Dat” from Master P’s  year 2000 album “Ghetto Postage“.  This track featured New Orleans rapper Silkk The Shocker.

The third track from our Master P collection is his most famous track “Make ‘Em Say Uhh!“. Released on his 1997 album “Ghetto D”, “Make ‘Em Say Uhh!” featured appearances from Fiend, Silkk The Shocker, Mia X, & Mystikal.

Track 4 is “I Got The Hook Up” . This song was from Master P’s No Limit feature film soundtrack of the same title. This track was released in 1998 and featured the Sons of Funk.

The final track is from Master P’s 1997 album “Ghetto D“, titled “I Miss My Homies“. This track featured the usual suspects of Pimp C, Silkk The Shocker, Sons of Funk, Mo B. Dick and Odell.
