In reply to Anorexikfatguy. Actually, your incorrect. Most games Nintendo sells usually remain over Xbox360 and Playstation 3's top games in copies sold. So, "Wii" ( I think you mean Nintendo) is in fact not losing cash. It will also out date both of the consoles by a whole generation.

Right, but the Wii is still losing gobs of cash because people who buy Wii don’t actually play games, which is why despite having more systems in homes, it sells the least amount of games.

P.S. The PS3 is more powerful than the X-Box in power, hands down.

The Wii U will be only a tiny bit more powerful than the PS3, and isn’t going to make either of those systems outdated, but will rather catch up with them since the Wii was so crappy in power.

In reply to Beandiza. The figures are right. Like it or not, the Wii has consistently been out-selling PS3 and Xbox 360. Within its first year of production, Wii out-sold both competitors combined. To date, Wii has sold over 86 million units. Xbox 360 has sold about 55 million. For PS3, about 50 million units have been sold to date. These figures are easy to find and verify.

Way b4 Wii hit shelves, during the Gamecubes best days. My friends and I had such an interpreting imagination, that we thought that the Wave Bird would have a touch screen in it. After finding out that it did not, we were a bit disappointed with the Company. However we never lost faith, never lost faith. But once the Wii came out and a DVD player was absent and so was this screen in the controller we thought Nintendo would fall and collapse like Sega against platforms like XBOX/360 and PS2/3. this new Wii im sure will be awesome depending on the competition. I am a big fan of Nintendo but also Microsoft; will be happy with this new idea incorporated by Nintendo it is about time! Almost not quite too late. -Jabril find me on Facebook
