If they don't show that game at E3 this year then it doesn't exist or will be Multiplatform.

remember LA NOIRE was a PS3 exclusive( notice this first ever footage showing PS3 version ), then Sony detached itself from the project and Team Bondi hooked up with R* to publish it and made it Multiplatform.

This game wasn't developed by R*, a new GTA would just look better then Red Dead, this game uses a unique engine and the open world is more Mafia 2 style then GTA style can clearly see that in the gameplay moments.
