SOME credit card numbers were taken, none used, and many of the cards were expired – most of them were from Europe. Affected population = tiny. “ALL our shit” isn’t close. Also, why in the hell would you or anyone put CC info on a server that during the sign up process warns NOT to do that? You have heard of ID theft right? It’s only been happening like crazy for nearly 20 years.

They’ve been honest with what has happened, never committed to a specific date to avoid disappointing consumers and perceivably lie, have away free software with the only requirement being own a ps3 and have a PSN account before April 20, 2011, and will provide ID protection for a year…. Yeah SOOOOOO much to hate. Besides, what is it the store has that causes the ps3 to collect dust? Did you buy it last week and just couldn’t afford disc games? Seriously…. No, I’m suggesting that when making a complaint, the complainant know what they’re talking about and making a valid complaint. Andypandy simply shot off at the mouth for the sake of doing so and resorted to immature name calling because of his or her own moronic choices. Additionally, waiting for weeks to play a game doesn’t run the risk of killing people like Toyota and the brakes issue, which is a valid thing to complain about despite recalls. However, if you dont pay attention to the recall order, that’s on you and not Toyota. Yes, Toyota fucked up to begin with, but they made good on the problem so if you don’t get it fixed, it falls back on you. Yes, we get to vent frustration, and yes we’ve all paid for the network in some way…. But the network is up. The store being down just means waiting for some dlc, which is already a contrived quantification for modes of play developers include as a way to increase the cost of spending and just one more way they keep a hamster on the wheel without having to build a better one. Why not complain to developers for the reliance upon a system that costs more than it’s worth? I mean mortal combat was parched to let players do online without the dlc code, yet code masters hardcoded it in dirt 3…. Obviously it’s not Sony tht pulled the strings on that now is it? No.
