Do they really need to show Zelda, Metriod, Smash Bros or Mario Kart to let us know that those games are coming? No. But would it have been cool if Nintendo at least acknowledged their existence? Absolutely!

My issue with the conference is that it lacked surprises. We know Pikmin 3 has been in development for years and that Mario game was shown last year. I appreciate that didn’t want to show us games that won’t be seen again for a year or two
