Well, I wouldn’t say idiots – the 3DS released with almost no decent games and a ripoff price. It’s doing well now due to the price drop and Zelda/Star Fox/Mario. The Vita has low sales despite a great launch lineup and a fair price. Hopefully Japan sales will pick up with Persona 4 and Monster Hunter.

Also, to the author – Ghost of Sparta looked better on the PSPgo, really? Did you enable Bilinear Filtering for PSP games on the Vita, because I’ve heard that’s basically a magic button that makes them look awesome.

monster hunter = win. CoD = worst game ever. im guessing you mean it’ll sell PSV’s in the west, japan hates CoD as much as i do. too bad we rarely get MH games in the west. i want it. best franchise ever. equal in amazingness to the other greatest game ever, dark souls.

Yep, there are to many things missing from the Vita. This device is marketed towards people that have smart phones, iPads, devices of the like.

The Vita unfairly must do many things & it doesnt.

The Vita will fall way short of SONY’s expectations. Initial sales will be good but underwhelming, after 1 month Vita will sharply decline in sales.

Maybe I need to explain the difference between “size” and “weight” to you. The weight of the system isn’t a problem, the fact that it can’t securely fit in any of my pockets kinda is.

Also this is a Vita review, not a 3DS vs Vita comparison. If you truly love games you should own them both. they’re both great devices and there’s no reason to choose one over the other.

Battery life is more like 5 hours based on my experiences and compared to my N3DS is light years ahead in graphics, quality of screen and I could go on…sorry Nintendo.

Because Japan doesn’t like western games like Uncharted.  They’d rather play Monster Hunter on their 3DS, when Monster Hunter and CoD come out for it, it’ll be sold out everywhere.
