Good list and an article that actually suggests some good ideas. I like your idea for cops and robbers that the bad guys have to actually perform a crime, rather than just trying to get to certain point on the map like GTAIV. As far as leisure activities they did mention triathlons a few months ago. I’m sure the free mode will at least incorporate RDR ideas – such as gang hideouts and hunting and surely poker will be in there as well.

I was always a fan of GTA IV racing online and can’t wait for this one – the dirt bikes look great and I’m interested in how the bmx’s, mountain bikes and road bikes will perform. I’m guess we’ll also get some stunt plane racing in GTA V.

I cannot wait until this game comes out.

There is only one mode that needs to be present: Free mode. That’s all. The rest are nothing compared to that. As long as that’s there, the rest of the modes could all be like farmville for all I care.

Rockstar should implement as similar system found in the popular Arma II mod: Wasteland. Essentially you have two gangs and “independents”. You team up with your gang or join the independents and base build, collect money to buy weapons and gear. Every 20 mins or so a random mission (retrieve the tank/heli etc.) pops up and the two gangs and various independents rush to make the score while fighting each other in the process.

Yea in free roam online i wanna b able to smoke trees and ride with a dog we wanna do single player things online just make it reasonable for the community u know .

Great ideas here, I would like to see all of these modes. Along with one specifically tailored to street races. But of course the number 1 thing I want is a fun and open free roam mode where you can literally explore the whole region top to bottom with both friends and random players. In GTA IV the free roam was very limited to what you could actually do, so I would like them to spice it up by adding random events here and there. They should also let you do almost everything you can do in the single player in the free roam mode with your friends.

A severely revamped Cops and Robbers mode would be enough to make me want to buy this game immediately. I had SO much fun with that in GTA IV. Also, there better be an awesomely huge sandbox mode, like RDR did with their lobby.

The possibilities…. O_O
