Twitch is to Xbox as Ustream is to Sony. As in they both stream you playing games, where as Gaikai is an On-Live like service which runs the games on their hardware and streams the video, sound, and controls to you to play the game without needing to have an awesome PC.

Also: Almost a year ago Twitch announced there <— should be "their".
