I should add, that this could also keep the mobile industry from separating itself from the game/pc industry as a whole, therefore keeping the market from splitting and complicating things for everyone.

I agree, it's definitely a game changer if handled with care and urgency. This could almost be considered the 1st next gen console. I say console, because essentially, it interacts with your TV as a console would and supports things that I don't even know if the new console gen is privy too. plus it's portable which competes with the handheld market without the need of playing games on a gimped out phone.

When you look at each point that this device addresses, each market that this competes within and how much better it seems to do than all the rest before it, (and it's still in beta) it hits on all marks and seems to miss on none. It's also smart to go for this market over AMD because they have two different approaches entirely towards technology and its advancements. Nvidia cant really compete with the future of the A-series processor and I think that's why they are going this direction.

From the looks of it, Nvidia have chosen to partner with ARM instead of Intel, so Intel's days could be numbered. If Nvidia and ARM merge, Intel will be but an afterthought.
It seems this year, will be the biggest year for changes in the entire industry, that we have seen in history, ever!
