To Richard Bailey: Get Windows PC exclusive game Lucius on Steam, its a great Omen film rip off game (Sequel in the making too). It is very similar to what you were looking for. You play as Damien the killer kid and kill adults in all kind of hilarious ways, so much so that the game is banned in Germany! Good luck!
