Those who are fans of the Souls series and its grueling challenge may have something good to look forward to very soon. According to a source for VG24/7, director Hidetaka Miyazaki is going to be directing another Dark Souls game set to be announced by Bandai Namco at E3 2015.
The source did not give any more details than that, but predictions from VG24/7 and other outlets believe that the game may be formally announced at the Sony Press Conference on Monday June 15, 2015. The current platforms for the game are not officially known, but we can guess it will be for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC respectfully.
Recently, Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin released and was well received by fans on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC; despite a few criticisms on the game’s adjusted difficulty. The game did well despite being around during a time when Bloodborne was released on PlayStation 4.
Hopefully we can see the game in Bandai Namco’s lineup at E3 in a few weeks. We’ll gather some more information and update as soon as more info is available.
