I cannot rate Bring Down the Sky even remotely highly because it uses the same shitty copypasta aboveground structure THREE times on the asteroid. Most of the side missions in ME1 could have been great but when you go through the same 4 copypasta maps it becomes tedious. What was it… an above ground prefab, an underground bunker, a mine, and a cargo spaceship.

No, those DLC are not desperately needed. Nice to have, though.

You’re mostly dead on, however it makes no sense that the Reapers were Gods. Yeah it showed that Sovereign was lying, but I like the idea that even an AI could lie in order to try and be more intimidating. For them to have no beginning and no end simply doesn’t make sense.

I personally hated the solo aspect of Arrival. I played it once and left it behind. I hope they never do another solo mission in the ME games. It’s not what those games is about.

Thirty missions would be a very, very, long article. I think maybe narrowing it down to five per game would be a good idea, though, I’m definitely jotting this down. My next one is actually the Definitive Ranking of the Mass Effect Squad Members. I’m already preparing myself for people yelling at me. 😉 Stay tuned!

For me being alone is what made that mission, for once I felt… alone, and I actually felt like I carried the weight, and that I didn’t have to depend on certain crew traits.

Yes I agree, if it wasn’t for your post I wouldn’t have given it much thought. Next Idea maybe, ‘Top 30 best missions out of the trilogy (10 for each game)…?

I don’t disagree with you on the scenery, but I actually enjoy driving the Mako a bit more (I think I’m alone on this one). I’m glad you enjoyed it, though!!
