Minecraft is worth billions not Silent Hill. Also if Silent Hills was 80% complete I doubt Konami would have canned the game plus gameplay footage of the game would have been shown already. The 80% complete info completely contradicts the previous reports that the game was still in preproduction. Finally there is this tweet from an ex Kojima production dev:
