Nothing has changed, go look at how they use to make people sell their souls which forced EA to backwards engineer the Sega system in order to basically strong arm Sega into letting them make games for them. Sega saw the contracts Nintendo had given them and tried to pull the same bullshit which prompted this action, EA pretty much said Fuck you, this is our intellectual property. Nothing has changed, nothing, ever since the beginning they’ve force fucked their game developers with contracts.

Nintendo was the company that played a huge role in saving the Video Game industry after Atari nearly destroyed with a single game.
