i think Zelda fanboys will be upset if they did that, but the franchise will never grow unless they start modernizing it more than they have. The last Zelda game i played was Twilight Princess on the Wii. I was so bored by how archaic the gameplay felt in the game and how generic the story was. They’ll need to take a Super Mario Galaxy level of innovation to make me care about the Zelda franchise again.

It will be interesting to see what Sony and Nintendo talk about at E3 now as we have no idea what they are planning to drop this fall.
