Sales numbers mean something for your console of choice though. It means less choice for you as development & resources go to PS4 first. As do games and DLC. It matters just as much now as it did last gen when things were reversed.

Aren’t they giving out an extension for PS Now and PS plus because of the outtage? Hard to care if you’re getting more days added to your service. Especially if you’re are someone who happens to game primarily on Xbox One.

It’s because there has to be an equilibrium. PC fanboyism has no meaning in existence without console fanboyism. Same way Xbox fanboyism has no meaning without Playstation, and vise versa. Nintendo is….no comment.

Why are Xbox fans/fanboys always more concerned about the PS4 than actual PS4 owners? They are always concerned about us having no games when 34 million of us have no such concerns.

The last time the service went down for any significant amount of time was during Christmas 2014. If you remember, even Xbox was down at that time. Shit happens. You basically want people to get mad over something that can’t be helped. It doesn’t help the situation.
