These are very solid points all around. I’ll be surprised if this game actually makes 2016 lol If there is one game that could benefit from a delay than it should be Gears 4 because I wasn’t impressed with anything I saw in that E3 trailer lol

If I had to guess these initial release dates may have been optimistically stated to appease investors last year. My sense would also be that MS was trying to spread their games out over the entire year of 2016.

I think the bigger thing than no gameplay is it wasn’t in engine either and was just CG. I’m not a huge fan of CG reveals unless it’s for known franchises. Looking forward to seeing some gameplay though.

I think you mean 2016 and I agree. When they don’t show game play that usually means they are nowhere close to finishing the game.

First off Armature is a really small studio with little over 30 employees. Second just like Platinum( a much larger studio but with a much more proven track record) this studio is also currently working on other projects another new IP in Dead Star and the Wii U/PSV BloodStained ports. Finally no gameplay has been shown of this game at all.
