For the Love of WWE: An Interview with WWE’s Ultimate Super Fan, Ashlee White

With the “Women’s Revolution” in full force at the WWE, WWE’s ultimate fangirl and super fan, Ashlee White. Ashlee is the complete opposite of what you expect a diehard female WWE fan to be. This Paul Heyman girl is fashionable, never without a pair of designer stilettos, needed to google “how to make pancakes,” doesn’t live in her parent’s basement and can discuss and dissect WWE with the best of them.

The 34-year-old suffers from lupus, which triggered her strokes — her third stroke left her temporarily unable to walk. During her recovery, White discovered and fell in love with the WWE, which she credits WWE with getting her through her stroke and helping with her lupus diagnosis. Since then she’s become a yogi and dedicates her life to raising funds and awareness for heart conditions.

Ashlee can be seen ringside at every WWE show she can attend and is now being noticed by fellow WWE fans. Ashlee has also struck up friendships with some of the talented people who are inspired by her story (and love of pizza).

WrestleCast’s Dana Abercrombie spoke with White to discuss all things WWE, being a Paul Heyman girl, Backlash and more.
