Because the audience buys it every time. It’s silly, because you now have 6 Forza games in 10 years, which is way too many, but the audience is happy buying it over and over. Might as well keep selling it to them.

Is this a trick question? lol I think it’s silly to even compare that game to these. For starters, GTA is an ambitious, open world adventure game and everyone already knows Rockstar takes their time to release a high quality game. You are also talking about a game in which a script is written and a cast is hired to perform the material. The other games I mentioned above are simulation games and they don’t require the same amount of attention to detail as far as story and open world options go. You could make the argument that 2K is now doing narratives in their game but again this is no where near the same level of detail as a GTA. Bigger game, bigger budget, and high expectations from everyone else so it can’t be rushed.

I can actually. Because I wait until the price goes down until it’s a good value for me. I’m not saying it should be $20-$30 at release. And anyways, I didn’t get the witcher or skyrim.

The first’s battle system was a lot different. It was a lot less action oriented(which isn’t necessarily a plus), but you could have your class, and then a secondary class. Each class had hundreds of skills you could choose from and you could pick from your primary and secondary class skills, while not getting the full benefit of your subclass, and only being able to use 8 skills at a time. It made for some awesome builds and skill combos. Also, your weapon didn’t determine the first 5 of your skills like it does now, which I think limits your options.

Simple answer. Because Microsoft chooses to put money behind these games and has the series on an alternating yearly release schedule with Forza Motorsport dropping one year and Forza Horizon the next. Just like in any business, if there is a product that sells then you best believe there will be sequels. As for the yearly release statement specifically, the same is being done for the Madden, FIFA, and NBA 2K games so this really isn’t all that surprising imo.

Also gotta agree with Gary that Forza will be higher up than Until Dawn. I’ll also be surprised if Tearaway charts next month, if it does it will be near the bottom.
