Yep, I think so. There was a video interview floating around with a developer or marketing guy at ND mentioning part two then he had to walk his comment back after realizing what he said. That was well two a year ago now.

I think Amy leaving messed up the overall timeline for part two and overall team chemistry. Instead of one team on Uncharted the other on TLoU. Both teams probably worked on both.

The concept started being worked on in 2014 and this trailer was originally supposed to be shown at E3 2017 instead. With all that said, 2018 seems like the safe guess but we will see if the game gets pushed a little further out.
