2. Killer Instict 3 on the Xbox One. I can’t tell you how badly I want to play it and it pains me to sit back and watch Youtube video’s of it.
If there was an Xbox One Slim somewhere down the line….and I had the money and there were some more exlusives…I’d be extrremely tempted to buy the console.

2. Bloodborne and The Order were comming out in Feb 2015. Not ideal at first as it’s two new IP’s comming out weeks apart and the sales of one of them would have suffered. Now that Bloodborn has been delayed, do you feel that The Order will have a better chance of being a success?

1. I was trying to explain & justify why Microsoft can charge twice that amount at $60 as you mentioned. I personally not heard any huge deal about the pricing of the game at all. This huge deal you’re referring to and what people are making out, is it a negative or a positive thing?

I brought in Sony to expand my answer to explain that this practice is done by all who re-release an older game in a collection and charging twice as much. That’s all. (Note: Ninentdo are doing it too)

Btw I’m totally cool at being called Sony fanboy BUT unlike other fanboys out there, I’m extremely objective and integrity is very important to me. I refrain on commenting on games on systems which I‘ve not played or owned and I can understand why Wizrl is a little mad about your questions.

2. No one saw MS buying Tomb raider and it’s impossible to predict what exclusivity MS is trying to locking down in the background. that’s why we have ‘Megatons’. It’s just when you said “Dirty Business”, I felt that was just too harsh and came across as very one sided which is why I was explaining that Sony are no different.

When I read the original question I thought that kind of phrasing was no different to Other Zincs question a few weeks back and the tone that it portrays.

1. Your DRM meaning (Digital = DRM, Physcial = NO DRM) is bullshit. My DRM free digital copy of the Witcher 2 (PC version) says hello while my copy of Uncharted 3 required me to input a code to play multiplayer. And to be honest, i don’t care. I just wanted to enjoy the damn game, and i did. I’m pretty sure you’ve played the game. Right?

2. You whine about a game you weren’t planning on buying on a system you don’t own or don’t want to own. I get it. Fanboys do it all the time.

1. I’m not understanding how you got that with my first question. It was an honest question. FYI, any shots at, comparisons to Sony, or any Sony too comments do not bother me in the slightest. 1. Since the PS4 is the most powerful console; Why is Drive Club not 1080p 60fps?

2. Since the PS4 is Easy to develop for; Why was Drive Club delayed a year?

Why was The Order 1886 delayed for 6+months? This doesn’t suggest ease of development.

3. Why was The Last Of Us $60? When Halo Master Chief Collection is $60 with
Halo 2 Totally Remastered &
Campaign Co-op, and 1,3 & 4 looking better with more options and a Movie, and TLOU is nothing but a shine & nothing for the same price??

4. Why does Drive Club not have weather at launch?

5. Why does PSN not work?

6. Why does Drive Club get a pass for being s**t?

Since the PS4 is easy to develop for, Why does Sonys PS4 only have Drive Club & LBP3 for holiday 2014 exclusives?

I ask these questions because
“They” say the PS4 GPU is 50% more powerful than the XBOX ONEs.

I’m a Sony fan but I’m always objective and I have to be– and so do you with all due respect. If you’re not objective, then you get earmarked as being a fanboy and this
kind of criticism about Microsoft isn’t constructive. Sony has done many question things too. I’ll take a stab at answering your questions anyway.

1) Yes, you can buy the Halo 1-4 anywhere between $5-$10 given the fact that they’re old AND they’re on a previous gen console. However, If you a watched video comparison between old version of Halo and the new collection on Xbox One, they’ve done more than a cut, copy and paste job. Here’s a link as an example.

I’m not programmer or game designer but they’ve re-skinned the environments, remodeled the characters, put in new textures, new animation, upped the resolution and frame rate etc etc. They’ve done a lot of work and I really think they’ve given the consumer fantastic value for money. Would you really disagree?

How is it any different to Sony re-releasing the Last of Us on the PS4 (even it it did include with the added DLC) for $50 (I can’t remember the exact price) when at the same time you could have walked out and brought the PS3 version for half that price even if you were to include the PS3 DLC?. Another example, what about all those various PS2 classics that came out on the PS3 like the God Of War collection or Shadow of Colossus/ICO games dude. At the time, anyone could have brought the PS2 versions of those games for a fraction of the price from ebay!

Like I said, had Microsoft simply cut/copied and pasted the Halo games in a nice new plastic cover then your gripe would have been justified but I think your really wrong on this occasion.

2) Microsoft did this because they need their own version of “Unchartered” and this was the only way they could do it – they simply don’t own as many internal development studios as Sony. Also you have to remember that Tomb Raider is only a timed exclusive and the Sony PS4 owners like me will probably end up getting the definitive version which is better value for money for us. In the meantime, we’ll have Uncharted 4 to look forward to so all is not lost!.

In Microsoft’s defense, this isn’t a ‘Dirty’ business practice as you so eloquently put it. Come, lets be objective. Sony has done timed exclusives on many games even in this current generation and I’m sure that people in the Microsoft camp are saying the same things to how unfair this is! You have timed exclusive DLC’s in games like Destiny, timed exclusive games like No Mans Sky, or permanent exclusives like Deep Down…and the list goes on and on.

I’m 100% sure that given the chance, Sony would do the exact thing to Microsoft if they could could financially afford it.

3) The days of cheat books, talking in the playground about how to finish of a game was the way to do it and brings back fond memories. I’ve been playing ever since the Sega Master system days so I can speak first hand on this. Having a friend come over to help out or and sharing that knowledge was so cool and it brought people together. Even when you think you know the answer, you never really knew it because some else out there read otherwise in another magazine.

MS is in the dirty business of paying publishers money to keep games that are already in development for the PlayStation console off of PlayStation consoles for a limited time as the latest victim is Tomb Raider. You know this isn’t the last time so what game do you think MS will pay to keep off of PlayStation consoles for a limited time next?

3. If you are old enough do you remember before the internet when you got stuck on a game you where just stuck until either someone came over to help you or if you would have to wait until someone printed it in a gaming magazine months later? I know Tony is a trophy whore so my question is do you think you could platinum any game without the internet?
