SO MY QUESTION IS : What do you think about these Vita exclusive games like Ace and Rage Burst 2 having a console version at the same time the Vita version came out? True it’s increasing sales of the overall game, but it’s just adding on reasons on why you shouldn’t get a Vita. It’s still a PlayStation Exclusive but it’s no longer a Vita exclusive, I wouldn’t be surprise if that Gravity Rush 2 announcement they were talking about was the fact that they are making a Ps4 version along side the vita version..

Oh yeah, forgot that. Still, the way Oda brought him back into play, it was quite obvious that his role would be much larger than his character status would suggest.

If anyone joins the straw hats before Jinbei, it will either be Bellamy or Bartolomeo. Bartolomeo seems the most obvious choice, but the problem with that is that he already has an infatuation with the crew. Remember, Luffy had to win over many of the crew before they truly joined, with the exception being Brook and and maybe Usopp. Plus, Bartolomeo already has a crew. I believe Bellamy said that his entire crew died on the way to Skypiea. He’s a free agent so to speak.

Bellamy, who once hated Luffy, now respects him. Even Bellamy said he no longer holds a grudge. If that isn’t a nod by Oda of his potential as the next Straw Hat, I don’t know.

It is essentially the same as what happened with Franky.

Not Luffy. There was a scene where Doflamingo was manipulating Bellamy’s partner with that big-ass kukri knife…made it look like he cut him down against his will.

To be frank, I don’t think many assumed him dead. Ass kicked, yes. I highly doubt Luffy would kill anyone, even if he royally hated them.

I will add to all of your excellent points (seriously, I don’t think I will argue with any of them) that the One Piece characters’ evolutions have been balanced and understandable. There’s a real sense of ALL OF THE CHARACTERS growing in strength and/or intelligence as the years go by…even returning ones like Bellamy who showed up years after everyone assumed him dead.

The Runaways question pertained to the comics universe. I agree they could get a movie (direct-to-video animation most likely) but in comics they can’t seem to find a place.

Bleach is shit now because it’s painfully obvious that Kubo Tite has wrote himself into a corner. It’s so obvious the serious was intended to end after the final battle with Azien. But either because of greed, Viz or fan demand or a little of all 3, he wrote that stupid Fullbring arc that did nothing, but copy/paste Ichigo’s training pre Soul Society.

The reason the Anime ended was because the rate Kubo gets the chapters out, the anime would have suffered the same 2 year filler problem Naruto dealt with and in some regards still struggles with. Bleach’s popularity has significantly waned in recent years. The series is a mere shadow of what it once was.

I argue that Naruto was in the mist of suffering the same fate as Bleach, so Kishimoto was smart to draw the story to a close, with one last film for the fans.

One Piece, as you said, continues to remain popular and consistent due to Oda’s habit of planning far in advance and ultimately knowing where he wants his story to go. The series also manages to have its fair share of very dark and serious moments despite its goofy and over the top aesthetic. While the anime often has a cheap quality in regards to it’s animation due to Toei trying to juggle too many projects at once, it busts out its animation chops when critical story moments call for it.

Most of all though, One Piece avoids the overly melodramatic bullshit that Naruto and Bleach suffered just to elicit an emotional impact on the reader/viewer. The One Piece anime definitely has pacing issues, mostly due to Toei trying to stretch out the source material to avoid having a situation where the animators will have to do an entire filler arc just to give Oda breathing room.

Out of the big 3, Oda was the only one who clearly planned ahead. Kishimoto probably realized while writing the great ninja war that it was finally time to end it, lest he risk having to deal with the situation Kubo Tite has currently placed himself in.

There’s nothing wrong with having an ongoing series.

Uncharted 4!

If The Guardians of the Galaxy and The Inhumans have made it to the big screen then I don’t see why The Runaways can’t

I think Capcom will just sell off exclusive rights most of their games(like Street Fighter 5) which will keep them afloat.

1. Which game do you think will sell better between Uncharted 4 and Halo 5? I know it sounds crazy but since the The Last of us Remastered sold so much better than all of the Halo’s combined in the Master Chief Collection plus the PS4’s doubled install base over the Xbox One then it’s not out of the realm of possibility for Uncharted 4 to outsell Halo 5.

2. What’s stopping you from buying whatever console you don’t own?

You could say the same thing about Nintendo because in 2yrs the Wii U has also yet hit the 10 million mark.
