3) Eurogamer have removed review scores. Do you think other larger sites like IGN will follow?! Do you think smaller sites will look to capitalise on something like this and keep their review scoring system so their sites get mentioned on Metacritic?

As far as I remember world wide as of right now (regardless how long it took because it doesn’t mean shit now) Ps3 outsold the Xbox 360 worldwide. The fact that you are bragging about two months is rather sad imo

As far as the free to play and season passes I think very few people actually buy it. It doesn’t work on me. I know they want us to buy digital but I refuse. If they made the digital version at least $10 cheaper I’d consider it but no way in Hell would I pay $60 for a digital copy that I don’t really own when the physical copy is the same price.

I understand what you are saying but the bottom line is the used market is here for everything and perfectly legal. Why are game devs the only ones who think they deserve my money from what I already paid them for? So when I sold MY game to Tony I’m supposed to give MY money that he paid ME for MY game to the dev? HELL NO! I have two used trucks and Ford and Jeep don’t expect to get the owner’s money from it. My house wasn’t brand new when I bought it but the builder don’t expect to get paid twice from it. I bought a pair of headphones used so was I supposed to give the money to Sennheiser instead of the guy I bought them from? If you shop Amazon you’ll see that whatever you buy can be bought new or used. I could go on but I’m sure you get my drift. Only games devs think they deserve game owners’ money from the games that they paid for themselves.

I think you’re confused with the Dev’s losing money on used game sales. The point is that dev’s aren’t making a dime on used game sales. Bungie may not lose money if you sold your game, but don’t see any profit if Tony bought it from you. Companies are in the business of profiting, end of story. This is why Season Pass, and most F2P (Pay to win) games are shoved down our throats. Sony/Microsoft would love for you to buy the games digitally rather than on disc. Better profit margins, sucks for the customer who wants to sell it lol.

The Xbox 360 dominated the PS3 most of last-gen but in the end the PS3 beat it with more sales.

As for last quarter the PS4 still managed to dominate the XBO. The PS4 alone sold 6.4 million units meanwhile the XBO didn’t sell nearly that. This is proven by the fact that MS had to toss in Xbox 360 sales to beef up the number. Yeah 6.6 million sounds nice but that isn’t the number of XBO’s sold. The PS4 beat it during the last quarter. There is no denying this.

As for the last point, I want to see Microsoft do the same thing lol

M$ is investing in XBOX. You’d be able to see this if “The Sonydown” didn’t downplay the Windows 10 Event. See DirectX 12 & Windows 10 will be a beat down to the PS4. The XBOX ONE AAA 1080p 60fps Exclusives are going to destroy the PS4s 1080p (not The Order 1886) 30fps AAA Exclusives.
