Thanks a bunch for the help Gary. The first time I posted a comment asking Tony for his bibliographic info about where he gets his info in the morning at work. I checked the first comment from home to see if Tony replied and the comment was still viewable from home (different computer). The following morning the comment was deleted.

I reposted a different comment, once again asking for the link to the interview and asking Tony if some kind of glitch removed my comment, or if it got accidently flagged, or just straight up deleted. That comment didn’t even last the afternoon before it was deleted as well.

The third time I posted asking for my comments to not be deleted, and thats when the original anonymous account “Nobody” was blocked and I had to change the account to “ExtraNobody”.

Thats when the fourth time was pleading with Tony to stop deleting my questions and just answer with the link. Take a look for any deleted remarks of “Nobody” before it became “ExtraNobody” Gary. I really appreciate the help from you. Thanks.

Just to clarify, we have never deleted comments on this site. I have been with the website since 2009 and became EIC in 2012 and I can confirm that we never delete comments. We respect people’s opinions and give them the freedom of speech to comment on anything. All that is asked is that everyone remains respectful when doing so and not attack others. If there is a problem on your end with comments disappearing I would recommend that you look into that because we def wouldn’t delete what you have to say. Hope this clarifies everything and thanks for your continued support.

As a web admin of the site, I can confirm that none of your posts were deleted by anyone on staff. What possibly could of happened is that Disqus detected your email or comment as spammy and thus omitted your comment completely. If this is the case then I suggest either using a different email address or coming across as less spammy in your comments (consistent use of caps or symbols can seem like spam).

I’ll address this on air as I don’t appreciate you accusing ME of deleting posts when I haven’t. Deleting posts is something the big sites who want to oppress their readers would do. We don’t do that shit. How about next time instead of accusing us or ME of deleting posts you ask us if there is a glitch that is making your posts get deleted. Now that I copied and pasted the link to the interview, I will take one L and apologize for one point: Tony, I was saying it was YOUR term of “4K 60fps uncompromised”. I never saw the link itself since thekoalition truncates URLs, and I just scrolled to the actual interview and played the audio.

LENWOOD HENEGAN – the author of the article titled the interview “4K 60FPS uncompromised” so he is the one who is making the false claim about the Scorpio that is being blown out of proportion. Albert Penello made no such statement. And @OneFlyness, if you can find the audio of the “4K 60 FPS uncompromised” please do link the time code to me, I will happily be wrong. I just want facts and information.

I need to pre and post-fix this with the following: Please don’t delete my posts. I am a long time listener and fan of the whole crew on the koalition, I am simply a listener who seeks information and fact checking about gaming.

You keep pushing that MS is claiming the Scorpio with reach “4K native uncompromised” but that is not true. You are misleading us as listeners. Earlier when I asked you where you heard this information (and you subsequently kept deleting my posts) you finally cited an Albert Penello interview as the source that proves you right. Here is your quote from that previous show:

5:30 – “Its like when Albert Penello from MS came out saying the Scorpio has 4K at 60 frames uncompromised…stop with the fanboy BS.”

I followed your link and listened to the entire 46 minute interview and below are all the time codes where Albert Penello speaks of the Scorpio, the last of which completely contradicts everything you are claiming MS is “saying”:

41:17-Interviewer: “Do you guys want to reach for that 4K 60fps?”
-Albert: “I want to be able to take an Xbox one game today that is 1080P 60fps and I want it to be 4K 60 on this new box. And we built the box to deliver that goal”.

41:33 -Albert: “Now where I think people get confused, and then people say, like, where our messaging is weird is. Not every developer is going to use it that way. Not every developer is gonna decide to take that 6TF and do 4K 60 with it. They might decide that for their game, or their engine, or their artistic vision that they want to do something different, and that’s great.”

42:43 -Albert: “And so, I’m NOT going to say that EVERY GAME is going to be 4K 60, because developers might choose not to do that. And that’s alright.”

Never once in the interview does Albert Penello state that the Scorpio is going to deliver “4K native 60 fps uncompromised” that is a term you invented yourself Tony. Also I find it very disappointing that you, Tony, are willing to stand in an ivory tower and claim that you hate all the fanboys and their flame BS on the internet. Yet here you are, tossing kerosene on the same fire you bemoan, hyping that MS claims the Scorpio is all games 4K native 60, no compromises. Please, by all means, if you can present me with ANY link to MS with your quote please provide me with the link. I will follow and listen to 100% of the information you provide and I will GLADLY take my L if there is anything, anywhere claiming all games, 4K native 60 fps uncompromised.

I am not presenting you with ANY of this information as hate or flame Tony.
