Is there a game/Multiplayer that you guys keep playing but tell yourself “Why am i still playing this god damn game? – Mine Metal Gear Solid V FOB. Its filled with salty people who can’t take a loss and there’s no fucking content that konami is releasing which makes me more mad at the game.

Question#1
Do you feel like there were any upsets with the results of the game awards, or perhaps winners whose name recognition far outweighed their quality. For example Pokemon Go, while seemingly a pretty neat geocaching skin, doesn’t seem to be much of a game, never mind the best mobile game of the year. Also after everything it seems like a pretty false note to give Street Fighter V a game of the year award. Agree? Disagree? Thoughts?

Question#2 – The last of us 2 open world and story driven

With naughty dogs game primarily being linnier do you think that there is any chance this game could end up being open world and still hold onto its great story?

1) In light of the new demo update of Resident Evil 7 from the PSX event, there seems to be a lot of positive news about the game from everybody. Do you feel that Resident Evil 7 will redeem the series to the prestige it once had?

2) Is there any need for Sony to be part of E3 anymore given how well received PSX events have been the past three years? Would it harm Sony if they decided not to partake in E3 anymore? Should Microsoft hold a similar event like Sony?

3) This new Uncharted games length is similar to Infamous First Light. I can’t remember how much First Light was when it was first released but given that this is Uncharted, how much would you be willing to pay? Also, past Uncharted games have been delayed, do you think there’s the possibility that this new game will be delayed and made into a full length game like the Nathan Drake series? Would you prefer full length game?

4) I wanted to play the Darksiders sequel but kinda forgot what happened in the first game. Don’t you hate it when that happens? Do you guys ever replay the previous game of a series again in such instances? What do you guys do to reacquaint yourself with the story line when playing a sequel which continues the story from a previous game?

5) So, 2016 is wrapping up now. If there was a ‘Mount Rushmore’ of internet assholes, who’s your top three ‘assholes’ you’ve had the pleasure, or displeasure of being acquainted with (you needn’t have met them in person) this year?

I don’t see Marvel vs Capcom being exclusive. For one it would cost Capcom a good deal for acquiring the license and Sony hardly promoted SFV I doubt they’d be interested in investing in another fighter that maybe a burst also Marvel are trying to use any media available to promote the MCU, they’d be skeptical of an exclusive that could hurt the franchise characters. The most I see Sony doing is getting the marketing rights.

1: In light of the news that 40% of Steam's library was released in 2016, what do you think about the state of game development currently? Is it booming? Are we heading for a burst? Even with shovelware taken into account, it feels like the big developers are pushing out titles faster than ever before...but most gamers I know are gathering massive backlogs of games that they'll probably never get through. 2: Why hasn't smart AI taken off as a feature in games? Games like F.E.A.R., Shadow of Mordor, and AI Wars have brought attention to smart AI but, while there have been some improvements, it hasn't really taken off. This can't all be blamed on lazy programmers...can it? Is there much of a market for smarter enemies?

In reply to GaryASwaby. yes and no, it helps u understand what happens to the city in chapter 1 while noctis is roaming around, The second statement I can't elaborate on other than it deals with nyx the main character of the film establishing who he is before the game.

I’m hoping/expecting some Ni No Kuni 2 and Valkyria Chronicles info at PSX. Hopefully they show the Uncharted 4 single player DLC. Other than that, not real excited. The other stuff we’ve seen enough so unless it comes with a release date, doesn’t matter to me. WiLD, Hellblade, Hollowpoint, all have missed their windows without a concrete release date so it’d be nice to finally get one.

Lots of rumors about TLoU 2 being teased. I really don’t see that happening. The original was announced at the VGAs so I think it’d be more likely to see a tease there, but they should probably save something that big for E3. PSX is kind of the show for smaller games and give some third parties stage time.

Tony, you gotta stop hating on Mac’n Cheese.

Kingsglaive isn’t mandatory, but it helps you understand the characters and why they matter before playing the game. I ordered the FFXV version that comes with Kingsglaive so I will watch it before playing the game.
