what I call failing is how many great exclusives that are on the system, and are coming to the system. MS is losing 3rd party exclusives left and right, and they never did have much in the way of 1st party. Tony, the first question was me being sarcastic, but you all missed the point, the point I was trying to make is most PC games list the specs to play the game at 1080/60 but more powerful PC’s can upscale it to a higher resolution or frame-rate, and this will cause the PC gamers to say it’s in 4K, so is this not just upscalling like the Xbox one S is doing.

2)If the answer is no, then does that mean that PC scales the games to the specs of the rig, and if so, is their such a thing as native resolution or frame-rate?

I’m really confused. 99% of artists say you have to learn the basics (anatomy, proportions, etc.) before going for something more stylized. And I guess some artists choose to ignore the basics and draw whatever they want, claiming the basics practice to be “boring, stressful, and unnecessary”.
