Questions
1. with Metal Gear 5 being the least remembered Metal Gear, do you think the high scores it received were because of the Konami vs Kojima drama?
2. Do you think Hell Blade will sell better on the xbox when it release later this month vs the PS4?(it took 3 months to sell 500 K)

Question#1
Given the Music industry's ridiculous plagarism lawsuits, how tangible are video game intellectual properties? Aside from characters or other recognizable IP, does a game's "feel" or "scheme" qualify as IP? No doubt copying successful games is a good strategy, but at some point it's gotta be bothersome for the creators of successes to watch their ideas stolen and profited from. At what point does plagarism in video games tip to actual IP violation?

Question#2
There have been recent concerns about privacy and how our personal data may be used and sold (coming from Facebook and the Cambridge analytica news). How cautious or concerned should we be with games companies such as Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo considering the large amount of data they could collect from us such as app usage, browser history etc. Do they do anything with this data?
