I’d never want to be “IN” the industry, I’m involved in far too much. However, I “Know” the industry better than you and everyone that’s “IN” the industry.

Also regarding Brett’s statement on Xbox players being able to keep their free monthly games after their gold expires that is only partially true. Games with Gold will let gamers keep the free 360 games they get every month even after there gold expires, which is great considering XB1 is getting backwards compatibility this fall. However the free monthly XB1 games for Games with gold are locked behind a subscription the same as PS+.

1) To some of you guys who are PC gamers (I know Brett and Brian are), was/is there ever a single game on PS4 that you would have bought the console only for that game alone? Even if it means your PS4 will be a “that game” box. For me it was Bloodborne. I’m a PC gamer, and it didn’t matter to me if Bloodborne is the only game I ever play on my PS4. I love it to death! Having said that, I can appreciate the PS4 exclusives that had come along (ie Until Dawn, God of War 3 Remastered). But to be honest, everything else at this point are just bonuses. I’m so happy with my PS4 because of Bloodborne. Did I mention I love Bloodborne?

2) How long do you think you guys will keep on gaming? I mean at what age do you think you will still be playing video games? It’s more of a question of having the desire to continue doing this hobby (do I dare say lifestyle?) of ours, rather than having the endurance for the physical aspect of gaming.

I’m 42, and still finding so much to love about gaming. The reason I asked this is because recently the unthinkable happened. One of my buddies who’s as old as me suddenly lost the passion for gaming.

With Sony recently stating that the Project Morpheus ( I refuse to discard this great name) is going to cost around the price of a new gaming console, do you think it has the potential to be successful or will people not purchase it because the price tag is too high?

If Ready At Dawn gets to make another game in the Order series what advice would you give the developers about making a sequel?

You aren’t IN the industry, and especially not an industry veteran. As you said this is your HOBBY. Tony, Gary, those guys, are IN the industry. You may follow it, but that doesn’t make you part of it. Just because I watch movies doesn’t make me part of the movie industry.

Buy The Taken King. Before TTK, I wouldn’t recommend Destiny. It’s fun, but it isn’t like you are missing out either. Especially if you have friends on your PSN who play already, it’s 100% worth. That goes for @Romudeth:disqus too. I know you said you guys were done but you guys you could either do just TTK for $40 or all three expansion for $60. Its a much better, more directed experience right now. None the stuff that was bullshit the first time around, like praying to RNGesus or shooting into a loot cave, or needing raid level gear to be competitive.

I bought Destiny when it launched and still haven’t gotten around to playing it.

-He’s not interested in third party games because in his mind, saying that they are good, gives some credit to the enemy(SONY) due to the fact that they now have the best versions of that game. (kind of like why he was on the comments section of N4G, 3 years ago championing the XBOX360 as the most powerful console because of it having the better version multiplats. You should read his N4G stuff, its so funny to see how his whole stance and opinion on multiplats have now changed since the PS4 is the leading platform mate) This is why he has to bloody drive the argument toward talking about exclusives so as not to be backed in the corner of ever have to admit any defeat in 1080p/60 arena via SOOOO many multiplats being better on PS4. This is why he resorted to calling them PS4 versions ports, which he didn’t do with the XBOX360.

You hit the nail on the head when you said he is all about the brand name of Microsoft, not GAMES, even though he says otherwise.

I think its funny and describes why he isn’t a Gamer mate. He misses out on so MUCH!
I can NEVER NEVER NEVER restrict myself solely to buying one or 2 games per year, and then going online and watching someone ELSE play or going over “my boys” house and playing a game that …HE bought and then base my decision on that.

Like Torrence said I just buy what I think I’m going to like and STFU and play it.

There’s so much to do now, it’s a huge time sink, in a good way. I highly recommend it when you get some time.
