do the math… 12million campaign hours.. if the campaign is 6hours … 12/6= 2million-sold.. anything more than 6hour campaign means the sales numbers are worse..12million / 10hour campaign 12/10 =1.2million units,,,12million hours /12hour campaign =12/12= 1million units sold..multiplayer is even less. so the argument cant be everyone went straight to multiplayer. that would make the sales numbers worse than previous halo games week 1,, we all know sales numbers go down after launch especially with competition,unless during black friday they cut halo5 in 1/2

I’m really surprised you aren’t into VR in general. You guys have criticized the leap in this generation compared to last gen, saying its a lot smaller, and that it’s mostly just graphically upgrades, not really “next gen”, which I agree with. But you prioritize single player campaigns/stories/experiences which is also a priority of VR. It could also be the big leap forwards you guys have mentioned has been lacking this gen.

Need to take into consideration that most VR developers will try to port their games to as much VR devices as possible to help push VR forward as a medium. Plus with the PS4 being essentially a PC porting shouldn’t be a big of problem compared to when people had to decide whether or not porting a motion control game over to the PS3 was worth it considering the PS3 was last in sales and on top of that a pain in the ass the develop for. PS4 will be 30+million strong worldwide by the time PSVR launches plus as I mentioned earlier porting pc games isn’t a problem. I don’t know if PSVR it will be successful but Sony is definitely backing it more than the the Move and Vita and its is a much better situation.

Halo 4 did not outsell Halo 3. Halo 3 is the franchise highest sales peak. In fact Halo 4 sold less than Reach despite it launching on the 360 when it had larger install base.
Also you seriously expected Destiny the Taken King an expansion to top NPDs when most existing users simply bought the expansion digitally.
