This year’s Halo, Forza, and Gears did nothing for Xbox to catch the PS4 so why will next year’s Halo, Forza, and Gears be any different?

Driveclub was a boring racing game. I didn’t find it interesting. However, I have to acknowledge that it sold fantastically. It’s like a Michael Bay Transformers movie. It’s not good, but you have to give it props for making money.

What was better the first time you saw it: Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Avengers, The Dark Knight, or Guardians of the Galaxy?

There will definitely be at least one more console generation. Console gaming is cheaper and easier technologically compared to PC gaming, and If there isn’t its lights out for Sony and Nintendo as consoles are their main money maker at this point. As for sales The PS4 is winning by the number of consoles, but both Xbox One and PS4 are outselling the previous generation of consoles handily.

But you have to admit Drivers Club was a bit rubbish. The best new Racing Sim series is Project Cars and it isn’t near as good as Forza or Gran Turismo.

I don’t agree that Forza is sim light. It has always had extremely detailed tuning, one of the best telematics systems ive seen on a game, full engine and driveline changes and simulates brake fade and other damage really well. I still like GT but Forza is by far my favorite. Forza’s major problem right now is over saturation. 3 games in 2 years is overkill, Forza 5 was the worst iteration as it was a rushed game with fewer features small roster of cars and tracks with way to many car packs, it really felt like a proof of concept of what Turn10 could do with the Xbox One. As for GT I liked all of them up till 6 which felt like way to much half finished ideas and a scary long development cycle. I think Forza 4 and Gran Turismo 5 where the best of each series.

1. We all know that in 2015, gamers EVERYWHERE are winning. But I must ask….was 2015 the year of the XBOX or the PS4?
The Nov. NPDs and the Kojima announcement made me rethink my choice on whose year this was.

2. Aaron Greenberg is Marketing manager for XBOX. When he was asked, before launch, he stated that TombRaider will do great this year. He is now stating that 2016 will have a bigger lineup than 2015. Should he just STFU? and with all this UNLIMITED money MS has, where the Fuck are the marketing dollars going to? From a Marketing stand point, I think this was the lowest supported LINE-up in XBOX history!

3. Remember when the PS2 and PS3 was accused of only being a blu-ray player or DVD player? It was because those who owned PS were accused of not buying games(EXCLUSIVES). Isn’t that the case now with the XBONE.

I mean who should we blame more for not buying Tomb Raider and Forza 6….Microsoft or XBOX owners?

In light of the news that Kojima is making a new game for Sony with his new studio, onsidering how long it taken him to make each of his epic games (and rightfully so), how long do you think it’ll we have the finished product?

Your preference is Sony. Thats fine. I have no issue with that, and how you feel about GT and Forza is just your opinion which is great also and I respect, but your comment does come across as lack of knowledge = ignorant.

I agree DC has grown in the like of SOME new cars with the inclusion of over the top weather and motorcycles which is always great to see. But it is not a “quality” racer until the price drops to under $10. Then the game becomes quality.

Turn10 have now made all tracks a 1:1 scale to their real life counterparts so in terms of tracks, Forza is just as good as GT.

Come on man, DC is a quality racer! Yeah, it sucked out the gate but that 500th lap it moved up to 3rd place.

GT has always had better tracks, but Forza has always had deeper performance tuning. I guess GT is your preference.

But it still sold over 2 million copies. No matter what you say about its quality (and I’m not exactly disagreeing with you on that. I thought it was ‘meh’ at best), you can’t deny it is a sales success.

The more you defend Sony and their poor exclusives while knocking MS’s games, the more you will just get below standard games.

Have you seen Zombie Taxi for the PSVR made by the GoW devs? LMFAO expect more of that garbage.

Of course it sold over 2 million copies. 1) PS4 only owners didn’t have an alternative racing exclusive to choose from. 2) PS4 only owners were tired of waiting for the PS+ Unicorn version that was to have been free.

It’s a bare bone racer with minimal at best features where the industry felt, compared to whats out there on the competitions platform and what SHOULD be in a racer in our 8th generation of racers on consoles.

Sales =/= quality.

Sales = what the consumer feels is worth their hard earned money, but when the lake is dry, consumers will buy anything to try and quench their thirst.

Bottom line, for $60 and many delays after, Driveclub is nothing more than a circuit racer running at 30fps and limited features, cars, options and car manufacturers.

To even defend such a bad racer is just telling how poor the PS4 exclusive library really is.
