How about not paying attention to the score and reading what I wrote. I’ll be the FIRST guy to tell you that review scores don’t matter. The actual review itself is the important thing. Also note that ALL reviews are opinions. Am I here saying this is one of the greatest games in history? No. I’m saying it’s one of the best games I have personally played. I don’t see why that is a problem. I thought the game was fucking fantastic and I rated it as such.

I hope you do come back again. Not to apologize but to give the site a fair chance. We are all honest reviewers here and give you our opinions on games without being influenced by the media. There is too much ass-kissing and collusion happening out there and we don’t subscribe to that.

I agree that would be strange, but the payment would have been at least a reason.. so i was hoping that.
I obviously didn’t played it yet, you’re right, but i played far cry 3 and 4. They already didn’t deserve such review marks.
I’m not saying “this game is bad”. Also, my taste could be different than anyone else.
But 95% means only few games in history had such a gameplay or best… come on!
About what others say… reviews are made to give people an opinion since they can’t have one yet.
If you say story 85% and gameplay 95% and others says that story and gameplay are just the flaws…. something seems strange.

Let me ask you a question; How would it benefit Ubisoft to pick one small gaming site to pay, when the majority of people looking for reviews most likely won’t see it because they would rather go to the larger sites for their news? If anything it would benefit them to pay one of the larger sites for a positive review. Play the game, form your own opinion, instead of looking at a bunch of OPINIONS of people you don’t know and taking them as fact. This hive mentality people have in this industry is sad.

Firstly, this a FarCry. The “story” is always focused on the person playing. Secondly, have you yourself played the game? If not, how can you even argue. You are basically saying one person is “bought” because he disagrees with other people…that makes no sense. Thirdly, have you actually looked at other reviews. I just gave metacritic a gander…the game is getting mixed reviews. People who love, LOVE IT. This review isn’t even an outliner like you portray it, it is a review written by someone who played the game, understood it, and enjoyed it. Jesus, what is going on in gaming.
