The main problem for me is, that unlike Skyrim which was fully localised in many different languages, ESO is only in a few major languages and this makes the game less immersive or deep than Skyrim for many people, for whom English, German od French is 2-nd language. Every relish / going deeper into story is better assimilable if fully localised. It's a pity this game wasn't made in coop with local publishers. That and sugary graphics / content without extensive gore or blood bath, makes ESO a "Skyrim-like with candies and cookies". I play it but won't spend so many hours like I did with Skyrim. That's not the same level of experience.

Nice review, I agree pretty much across the board (as it relates to the PC version in its current state, at least). What I will say though, is that it sounds like you've had very bad and specific experiences with MMOs. Nowadays, you'd be hard pressed to find some that have you clicking endlessly or doing boring quests. If you have a decent PC, there are plenty of great MMOs out there that would be more up your alley that break out from the mold of what you're thinking an MMO used to be.
