In reply to rudero. I'm not saying nobody will, just there is a lack of replay VALUE. The story doesn't change, there isn't any extra things to do whatsoever, and if somebody does enjoy the story then kudos to them but most people do agree its not that good, at all. And yes I watched the story and Ive seen half of the actual gameplay so don't make a mountain out of a molehill. Any game has trophies so I don't see how that's important in any spectrum. When you platinum it and go through the game what else is there to do that is new? That's what replayability is about these days.

In reply to jacksjus. Nothing about the gameplay was truly flawed or broken, so giving it a terrible score would have felt wrong. The story/graphics both are really what held the game up to the score I gave it.

Beat the game Saturday. I do have to say, probably the best story in a video game this gen. It is the heartbeat and, i hope that they make a sequel. The negatives of the game were outweighed by the story. It is what drove me to not stop playing. This review is spot on outside of the story but, that is the very definition of “to each their own” and I respect that.
The ONLY thing I did not like was the lycan encounters but, for being the first of the series in telling the story, the build up was understood but, that aspect needs tuning and worked. This is the only polishing this game will need with the sequel and adding in the other aspect of (spoiler not being spoiled) being added, could make one amazing sequel. Hopefully the trend continues of consumer > media and we get more of the story.

In reply to Dylan Harris. How does a game not have replay? If someone liked it and the story, could they not want to replay it? Maybe get the platnum trophy? I could list hundreds of games that are shorter and people replay all the time so make you so entitled to say someone will not replay this game?

How is the replay ability a 6? There is no replay ability. Plus theres only 2 weapons that are even somewhat unique. I’m baffled how the review doesn’t mention these 2 caveats.

I agree with the score however I find it surprisingly high based on this review. To me the story was the best part of the game and if the story wasn’t much appreciated then how could this game score so high? It’s not like any other part of the game is innovative.

I’m hoping that this score wasn’t just tacked on to break the trend of negative reviews.

This game was a flawed masterpiece. The sequel will be great.

See, that was a fair review. The Order doesn’t deserve a 10 by any means and I feel this is a proper score, but the difference is that the reviewer decided to judge the game on its own merits, not what it isn’t. Thank you Athony, you’ve just reaffirmed my confidence in this site.

It just sucks that the game is getting so much slander by reviewers who are completely out of touch with the community they claim to represent and one-system fanboys that can’t grasp that everyone has different likes and dislikes.

I’m sure a certain someone will be here shortly to tell me why I’m wrong to like the game, but hey, more entertainment for me.
